Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule online in your confirmation email up until 48hrs before your scheduled service in order to transfer your deposit. You may reschedule up to 2 times before your appointment is canceled.
To cancel your appointment you may do so in your confirmation email or text 713-635-9774. Deposits are not transferable for cancelations.
All no call, no show appointments will be charged 30% and banned or required to pay the full amount in order to rebook.
